Processing Time

All Mathèa pieces are ready-made and shipped directly from the artisan’s studio. Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide through trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and USPS International. Each parcel includes tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Multiple Shipments

Each piece is shipped directly from the artisan who made it, preserving its story and minimizing excess handling. Because of this, your order may arrive in separate packages — each one from a different studio. Each will have its own tracking link for easy reference.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region and the origin of the items. We strive to keep our rates fair and transparent.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. For orders shipped to European Union countries, import VAT and customs duties are collected by your local customs authority or carrier at the time of delivery — these charges are not included in your order total at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing. If you have questions about expected charges, we recommend consulting your country's customs authority before placing your order.

Delays & Assistance

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur once packages are in transit. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact hello@mathea.com and we’ll be glad to assist.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Mathèa cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
