Depending on the item, orders may be fulfilled from Mathèa’s own inventory or shipped directly by the artisan or brand partner. Some pieces are available to ship immediately, while others may require additional time for production or preparation.

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided on the product page, where applicable. If your order includes items with different fulfillment timelines, your pieces may arrive separately.

We take care in preparing each order and will provide tracking information when available so you can follow your shipment.
